Tips for a successful summit
While technical climbing skills aren't required, good cardiovascular fitness is essential. We recommend 3-6 months of regular cardio training including hiking, running, or cycling before your climb.
The best climbing seasons are January-March and June-October. These periods offer clearer skies and more stable weather conditions, increasing your chances of a successful summit.
We provide a detailed packing list including layered clothing, sturdy hiking boots, sun protection, and personal items. Quality gear makes a significant difference in comfort and success.
Our routes are designed for optimal acclimatization. Drink plenty of water, walk slowly ("pole pole" in Swahili), and listen to your body. Our guides monitor your health daily.
